We hope you’ll love anything you buy from Artful, but anyone can have second thoughts when their new work of art arrives at home. Not a problem. We’ve got a reassuringly friendly returns policy that means you can buy art with confidence. Here’s how it works.

  1. You’ve got two weeks to make up your mind, so contact us within this time and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

  2. All returns are free of charge, so you won’t get stung with courier costs.

  3. We’ll either send you a return postage label or arrange a pick up by courier.

  4. Repack the art in its original packaging and get it to us within 30 days. Once the print has been checked and the return accepted, your card will be refunded.

Easy. But please remember, our free returns policy is conditional upon three modest requests of our own.

  • Firstly, artwork must be returned in its original supplied packaging.

  • Secondly, the print needs to be returned in perfect condition - unless the print was damaged before or during delivery (in which case, see below). Use the cotton gloves supplied with the print and make extra sure you don’t get fingerprints or other marks on the artwork, since this will invalidate the return.

  • And thirdly, the print needs to be returned via our specified courier.

Damaged Prints

You should expect anything you order from Artful to arrive with you in perfect condition. However, should your print be damaged on its way to you, let us know immediately. Email with a description of the damage, and if possible, send us a picture. We will then arrange for the return and replacement of the artwork.
